Dana Major Kanovitz

Dana Major Kanovitz is a studio and interactive performance artist who has exhibited and performed nationally since 1996. She frequently references biological morphology in her cross-media explorations of the question of how perception creates reality. Dana received her MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and completed an 18-month apprenticeship in sculpture in St. Petersburg, Russia, 1992-3, with Alexander Zadorin.
